- Written confirmation or email is required for acceptance of a quote
- A 50% deposit will be required before work on your order can start, the balance is payable on delivery.
- Where the client provides their own fabric it is assumed that there is sufficient quantity as requested in our measuring service and that the material is of a suitable nature for its purpose.
- Before we commence work on your order the fabric will be inspected for flaws and defects. If any problems are found then the clients approval to continue or replace the fabric will be sought.
- Kinsey & Co will aceept no further responsibility for any subsequent problems with the fabric after delivery.
- Every effort will be made to deliver your order on an agreed date, however this cannot be guaranteed. If your order is urgent then please contact us to discuss.
